The club is headed to the Little Naches area to collect thunder eggs and rhyolite filled with small thunder eggs. We have reserved a campsite in the Kaner Flats Campground, which is closest to the dig site. There are several additional campgrounds along the Little Naches River. Feel free to camp in these areas or choose from several hotels before you get there.

Located on Highway 410 that begins as Highway 12 in Yakima and goes through Naches and over Mount Rainier. It is about a 3 hour drive to the campground.

Field trip leader, Warren, is leaving Friday morning to set up camp and start digging that afternoon.
